She passed away in 2002, however, from time to time she could hold my hands<\/a> through various \u2018forms’ in the name of art.<\/p>\n

\u305d\u3093\u306a\u300c\u53cb\u4eba\u300d\u95a2\u4fc2\u3092\u7bc9\u304f\u304d\u3063\u304b\u3051\u3092\u304f\u308c\u305f\u306e\u306f\u3001\u79c1\u306e\u8fd1\u5e74\u306e\u30a2\u30e1\u30ea\u30ab\u5408\u8846\u56fd\u5357\u897f\u90e8\u3067\u306e\u6d3b\u52d5\u3092\u53ef\u80fd\u306b\u3057\u3066\u304f\u308c\u305f\u30ea\u30f3\u30c0\u3055\u3093\u3067\u3042\u308b\u3002\u305d\u3057\u3066\u305d\u306e\u6d3b\u52d5\u3092\u901a\u3057\u3066\u3082\u305f\u3089\u3055\u308c\u305f\u6570\u3005\u306e\u51fa\u4f1a\u3044\u306e\u304a\u9670\u3067\u3001\u3053\u306eRoom \u9593\uff08Ma<\/em>\uff09\u304c\u3042\u308b\u3002My forming such an\u00a0\u2018friendship\u2019 <\/strong>became possible because of Linda, who enabled my recent activities in the Southwest of U.S.. They brought me some wonderful encounters to which this [\u9593 room] owes.<\/p>\n

\u4ee5\u4e0b\u306f\u3053\u3053\u4e00\u5e74\u7a0b\u306e\u30ea\u30f3\u30c0\u3068\u306e\u30e1\u30fc\u30eb\u306e\u3084\u308a\u53d6\u308a\u304b\u3089\u306e\u629c\u7c8b\u3067\u3001\u300c\u53cb\u4eba<\/strong>\u300d\u306b\u95a2\u3057\u3066\u69d8\u3005\u306a\u300c\u5f62<\/strong>\u300d\u3067\u8a00\u53ca\u3057\u3066\u3044\u308b\u3002Here are excerpts of Linda\u2019s notes from our e-correspondences in the last year, which touch on the idea of \u2018friend<\/strong>\u2019 through a various \u2018forms’<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

\u2026and to think that to be \u201cfriendly\u201d and \u201cmutual caring” would actually turn out to be of great value and compliment to my work. It makes me very happy that I did not allow myself to be stuck in what I thought so many years ago.<\/p>\n

Please say hello to your dear \u2018imaginary\u2019 friend Agnes, and also say hello to your furry little Agnes also\u2014unless they are one in the same? When you refer to \u201cimaginary,” does that Agnes take the material form of the small bison? Now I am curious about the relative material manifestations of imagination!<\/p>\n

And yes, to remembrance of Rilke and Rodin.Rilke also always makes me think of Paula Modersohn-Becker, one of my most very favorite painters of all time. They were such good friends; she wrote to him sincerely from Paris when she visited and he wrote the requiem after her early death.<\/p>\n
